Discussion

SubsurfaceFlowAnalysis/inout.h contains 2 relative path references to GEOconfig.txt at lines 271 and 753. If the algorithm is not executed from the same directory as GEOconfig.txt (as is the case with science tests and AstroGrid CEA), a segmentation fault occurs. Current fix: the full path to GEOconfig.txt has been hardcoded within inout.h before compilation.

NOTE: All .fits files have been moved from the attachments table to http://msslxx.mssl.ucl.ac.uk:8080/eSDO/algorithms/SubsurfaceFlow/SubsurfaceFlow.html .
