Perturbation Map Deployment Results

Third trial: 01 October 2007

All cases now working.

Second trial: 22/03/2007

Cases 1 and 2 ran successfully with the perturbation map tt algorithm, but the local helioseismology inversion code inv failed for both cases due to "numgber of skip distances and input data don't agree."

See attached files for perturbation map tt routine; corresponding calls to local helioseismology inv did not produce output on this run.

Discussion

PerturbationMapGeneration/inout.h contains 1 relative path reference to GEOconfig.txt at line 234. If the algorithm is not executed from the same directory as GEOconfig.txt (as is the case with science tests and AstroGrid CEA), a segmentation fault occurs. Current fix: the full path to GEOconfig.txt has been hardcoded within inout.h before compilation.
